Real shows, made-up usernames. Anime titles and art belong to their creators. It’s still a beta, so stuff will change before launch.
This isn’t an instant invite. We’re letting people in a few at a time so nothing breaks, and you’ll get an email when it’s your turn.
Your email is only used for the beta. No password, no card, and you can ask to be taken off the list anytime.
That’s it for now. We’re letting people in a few at a time and we’ll email you when it’s your turn.
Notice version 2026-11-02. This covers the beta waitlist on this page. The app has its own privacy policy.
AniVault is made by Olympus Productions.
When you join the beta waitlist, we store your email address, the devices you picked, the tracker you use now if you picked one, and, if you picked Android, the Google account email you gave for the Play Store. We also store the time you joined and the version of the notice you agreed to. We don’t ask for a password, payment details or profile information.
To see how many people want in and on which devices, to let people into the beta a few at a time, and to email you about the AniVault beta, such as when your spot opens. We don’t sell any of it, share it for advertising, or send unrelated marketing.
We add your email to AniVault’s guest list, which is kept in Firebase (Google) with the app’s other data and is what lets that account into the app. On Android, we also add the Google account email you gave (or your waitlist email) to the closed test list in Google Play Console, which is how Google lets you install a test app.
The waitlist is kept in a private database in AniVault’s Cloudflare account. Cloudflare hosts this site and processes requests on our behalf. Only AniVault’s owner can read the list.
To stop automated signups, we briefly keep a one-way scrambled code made from your connection’s IP address. It can’t be turned back into the address, isn’t linked to your email, and is deleted after about a day (the cleanup runs with each signup).
Until the beta ends or you ask to be removed, whichever comes first. When the beta ends, we delete the waitlist and the guest list.
Email [email protected] to be removed at any time. We’ll delete your entry from the waitlist and the guest list and confirm when it’s done.
If this notice changes, the version number above changes too.
